The agreement confirms the booking between the booker and Apetit Oyj. The agreement is binding and applies to the property mentioned in the agreement and its equipment.
Only the persons indicated in the booking may stay at the guesthouse. Only employees of the Apetit Group have the right to book.
The cottage CANNOT be booked for private use. In exceptional circumstances, the decision will be made by the Apetit Oyj management team.
2. Pets
Pets cannot be brought to the guesthouse.
3. Smoking
Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. If the booker violates the smoking rule mentioned in the rental terms, he/she is obliged to compensate for the cleaning costs resulting from the violation and for any damage or odor caused to furniture or other movable property. The extent of the damage is determined by the Apetit Plc management team.
4. Cleaning
After the reservation, an external cleaner will visit the Guest House. However, the booker must ensure that the house is clean during the reservation. The booker is responsible for placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Empty bottles and cans can be left on the sink. Furniture must be placed back in their original places. Your own food supplies MUST NOT be left in the refrigerator or freezer. In addition, used linens and towels must be placed in a laundry basket or in a pile on the floor.
5. Liability for damages
The booker is responsible for all damages, breakages or lost goods or objects that occur during the reservation. Damage must be reported immediately to the security guards. All damages will be repaired as soon as possible, within a reasonable delivery time. If the booker has not reported the damage by the departure date, the damage will be repaired at the booker's expense by charging him an amount corresponding to the amount of the damage.
6. Cancellations
If your reservation does not take place for any reason, be sure to cancel it immediately.
7. Internet connection
The booker is responsible for ensuring that the Guesthouse's internet connection is not used in violation of the law or regulations during the reservation.
